Welcome to Yamaneta — a coupon, deals, and cashback platform operated by Advensa Grupp OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Rävala pst 8, Harju County, 10143, Tallinn, Estonia). References to "Yamaneta," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Advensa Grupp OÜ as the operator of the platform.

These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and CCPA Privacy Notice (collectively, the "Policies"), govern your access to and use of all services, websites, browser extensions, and mobile applications available at yamaneta.net and its subdomains (the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is available to users worldwide. Certain features — including cashback and rewards programs — may be limited to specific regions or require a minimum age of 18. Where regional restrictions apply, they are noted in the relevant section.

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your country or region.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

            Important: Yamaneta operates as an affiliate publisher. We earn commissions from merchants when users click links or coupons on our Platform and make qualifying purchases. This is how we fund the platform and offer free services to users.
        

We partner with affiliate networks including our affiliate network partners. When you click a merchant link or coupon code on Yamaneta, a tracking cookie may be placed to attribute the referral and, where applicable, credit you with cashback.

Our editorial decisions — which coupons to feature, how to rank deals — are made independently of affiliate relationships. We strive to present accurate and useful offers regardless of commission rates.

Yamaneta does not itself sell products or services and is not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. All purchases are made directly with the merchant under their own terms and conditions.

4. Platform Use & Prohibited Activities

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Copy, scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the Platform using automated tools without our written permission
Reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize Platform content without express authorization
Attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or defraud cashback tracking, referral programs, or affiliate attribution
Use the Platform in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Yamaneta or third parties
Transmit malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with Platform operation
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Account Registration & Security

Many Platform features are available without registration. For cashback, rewards, and personalized features, a registered account is required. By registering, you agree that:

You will provide accurate and current information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Account sharing, transfer, or assignment to other individuals is not permitted
You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Yamaneta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform or any account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect policy violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse.

To maintain account status without recent activity, contact us at [email protected] with subject "Account Continuity Request." Accumulated rewards may lapse if no eligible transactions occur within twelve consecutive months — see your account dashboard for current rules.

6. Cashback and Rewards Program

Where available in your region, Yamaneta may offer cashback or rewards for qualifying purchases made through Platform links. The following terms apply:

Cashback eligibility requires that appropriate tracking cookies are enabled and that transactions originate through Yamaneta's dedicated links or browser extension
Using other cashback tools, coupon extensions, or discount platforms simultaneously may void eligibility for Yamaneta rewards
Excluded from cashback: shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, discounts applied at checkout, and other categories specified by individual merchants
Returned, cancelled, or exchanged items may result in cashback reversal
Payouts are issued monthly upon reaching the applicable minimum threshold, transferred to your linked payment account
Some merchants apply their own exclusion rules; Yamaneta is not responsible for merchant-side exclusions or errors
Cashback rates, promotions, and program terms may change at our discretion with reasonable notice

Note: Cashback and rewards programs may not be available in all countries. Check your account dashboard for availability in your region.

7. Coupon Accuracy & Disclaimer

Yamaneta indexes and displays coupon codes, promotional offers, and deals sourced from merchant partners, affiliate networks, and publicly available sources. We strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every code or offer is valid, current, or applicable to your purchase.

Coupons may expire, be region-restricted, require minimum purchase thresholds, or be subject to conditions set by the merchant. Always verify offer details directly with the merchant before completing a purchase. Yamaneta is not responsible for savings that were expected but not received due to expired or invalid codes.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, merchants, and services. Yamaneta does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement by Yamaneta.

Any transaction you conduct on a third-party site is solely between you and that merchant. We recommend reviewing each merchant's own terms of service, return policies, and privacy policy before making a purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, code, and data — is the property of Advensa Grupp OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, features, and offers are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advensa Grupp OÜ and its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed USD $100 or the total amount paid by us to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability — in such cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advensa Grupp OÜ, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may apply in addition to these Terms.

If a dispute arises, please contact us in writing at [email protected] with subject "Dispute Resolution," describing your concern and the remedy sought. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in New York, NY (or another mutually agreed location). The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis — class actions, consolidated proceedings, and representative actions are not permitted.

EU users may also submit complaints to their national consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
