Introduction & Consent

Welcome to our platform operated by Yamaneta, Inc. (“we,” “Yamaneta,” or “our team”). This User Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy (collectively called “Policies”), regulates the access and usage of all digital services, websites, browser add-ons, and mobile applications provided under the yamaneta.net domain and all its subdomains (“Platform”).

By entering or utilizing any aspect of the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these terms, as well as any relevant regulations or statutes. Should you disagree with any provided condition, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our Platform.

Personal Use & Unauthorized Activities

This Platform is designed solely for private, non-commercial engagement. Without express approval, you may not store, adapt, transmit, license, display, commercialize, or utilize Platform materials in any derivative way. Automated extraction of information, mass crawling, or other non-human interactions are explicitly forbidden. Breach of intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Account Registration & Security

While guest browsing is permitted, many Platform features require a registered account. Registration authorizes only individual, personal use; account sharing, transfer, or assignment is not allowed. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities linked to your account.

Yamaneta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke Platform access or account privileges at any time, with or without prior notice, especially if policy violations or unusual activities are suspected.

If you wish to maintain account status without recent activity, please email us at [email protected] using “Account Continuity Request” as your subject line. Accumulated rewards lapse if no eligible transactions occur within twelve consecutive months.

Earning Rewards Through Yamaneta Programs

As a member, you may choose to install our browser extension for greater engagement and benefits. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use this extension. Updates or modifications may be delivered without advance notification.

Membership is free and restricted to US residents 18 years or older with verified Yamaneta and PayPal accounts (having a US address).
Cashback or rewards are available on qualifying purchases made via approved merchant partners. Appropriate cookies must be enabled and transactions originated through our dedicated Platform links or extension.
Usage of other promotional or cashback tools/sites may void a transaction’s eligibility for Yamaneta rewards.
Certain purchase categories (such as shipping, taxes, discounts, gift cards, etc.) are excluded unless stated otherwise. Items returned, exchanged, or canceled may cause rewards removal.
Payouts are issued monthly upon reaching a $10 minimum threshold, transferred to your linked PayPal account (one PayPal per user/account only).
Some merchants set their own terms and exclude specific products; Yamaneta is not responsible for exclusions, errors, or availability.
Promotions, offers, and referral schemes may be revised, discontinued, or replaced at our discretion.

Coupon Offerings & Accuracy

To help users save, Yamaneta indexes and displays promo codes from partner merchants. Our service may receive commissions on referred sales.

We strive for accuracy, but cannot guarantee that every code or deal is always valid, current, or error-free. Codes may expire or require certain conditions set by the merchant. Please investigate offer details directly with the merchant before finalizing purchases.

Third-Party Services, Advertisers & Links

Our Platform often leads users to third-party sites, shops, or advertisers for completing transactions. Yamaneta does not sell products or services itself, and is not liable for any content, transaction, or legal obligations on third-party platforms. We recommend familiarizing yourself with each external site’s policies (returns, privacy, etc.) before engaging.

External links are provided for user convenience and do not imply endorsement or warranty by Yamaneta regarding products, services, compliance, or data handling practices.

Content Accuracy & Revisions

Occasional inaccuracies, errors, or outdated data may occur on the Platform. While we may update the content, we are not obligated to provide updates or corrections. Yamaneta may revise or terminate any feature, offer, or section of the Platform without notice at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Yamaneta provides all Platform functionality, content, and offers strictly “as is,” without guarantees—express or implied—of suitability, performance, or non-infringement. We disclaim responsibility for technical malfunctions, data loss, software vulnerabilities, or indirect damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Direct damages, if proven, are capped at $100 USD or the total paid by Yamaneta to you in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

If you reside in a state restricting this limitation, such limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed under local law.

Indemnification

By joining and using the Platform, you agree to indemnify Yamaneta, its staff, partners, and affiliated entities from any liability, claim, cost, or expense incurred as a result of your Platform activity, content submissions, or violation of these terms or any third-party rights. This provision remains in force even after you stop using the Platform.

Policy Amendments

We may adjust, modify, or replace these terms at our discretion and without advance notification. Continuing use of the Platform after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Resolution of Disputes & Arbitration

All legal matters or disagreements related to Platform use, including interpretation of these Policies, are subject to the laws of New York State and the United States (without regard to conflict-of-law principles).

If a dispute arises, please notify us in writing at [email protected] with “Dispute Resolution” as the subject, detailing your concerns and remedy sought. If we cannot resolve the concern informally, you agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with JAMS Consumer Arbitration procedures. Arbitration will be held in New York, NY, unless another location is mutually agreed.

No Class Actions: Proceedings must be conducted individually—not consolidated, class, or representative actions.
Arbitrator’s Scope: The arbitrator has no authority to amend these terms but will issue a reasoned decision.
Fees: Each party covers its own expenses unless otherwise specified by JAMS rules.
Waiver of Jury Trial: By using the Platform, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
